Today’s episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 starts with Mishka telling Anurag (Parth Samthaan)that she loves him. Anurag tries explaining to her that it was their past and that now things have changed for him. But Mishka is not ready to listen and tells Anurag that she left her past and came back for him. Mohini watches Mishka and Anurag talking and feels very happy that she is back. Mishka tells Anurag that she was his first love and that how much he loved her. Nive comes and calls out to Mohini to come with her.

Prerna is lost in her thoughts after seeing Mishka and Anurag’s together. Moloy comes and tells Prerna that she should take care of everything and pick up the phone when he calls her. When Mishka is talking with Anurag about their past, Anurag sees Prerna and calls her. Anurag goes to Prerna and tells her sorry for his behavior and that he should not have talked with her like that, just then Mishka comes and asks who is he talking to. Anurag introduces Prerna to Mishka and tells her she is my friend. Mishka tells Prerna that in London they were together. Prerna remembers Aadi talking about Anurag and Mishka’s relation.

Nive comes and asks Mohini who is that pretty girl talking with Anurag. Mohini tells her she is the one who will make Anurag away from Prerna. Mohini tells Nive that Mishka is Anurag’s ex-girlfriend. Anupam comes and tells them what will happen to Prerna, Mohini shouts at Anupam and tells him that she knows Anurag well and that he won’t choose Prerna as his life partner. Anupam tries telling Nive that he feels something is there between Anurag and Prerna.

While Anurag is talking to Mishka, she gets a call on her phone. Anurag tells her to receive the call and goes from there. The call is of Komolika who is Mishka’s sister, Komolika is shouting at Mishka as she did not even bother calling her. She asks her where is she now, Mishka tells her that she is in Anurag’s place. Komolika says we both are so different, boys are back of me and she does not even care and on the other hand, Mishka wants to support and depend on people. Komolika enquires Mishka as to when she is coming to Meerut. Mishka tells her that right now she is in Kolkata. Komolika tells her that she is also in Kolkata. They plan to meet that night and talk about Anurag.

Anurag dashes with Prerna by mistake (pal ek pal mein tam sa gaya tu haath mein haath ju dey gaya track is being played in background). Prerna tries to go from there as she is hurt. Anurag follows her and asks Prerna to talk clearly as he does not understand what she wants to tell him. Prerna is disturbed and talks whatever comes in her mind. Anurag gets angry and leaves from there.

Mohini sees Nive going upstairs, so she follows her and ask her what is she is doing up leaving the party, Nive explains to her that she has a video conference with some international publishers, Mohini tells her that family should come first and it comes with the relationship. Mohini tells her that she should respect Anupam and their relationship. Just then Anupam comes and says that he loves Mohini for whatever she told to Nive. Mishka comes up and says wishes happy anniversary to Nive, While talking to Mishka, Mohini comes to know that she is the daughter of Siddhanth Chaubey. Mohini tells Mishka that she know her father as well as sister Komolika. Mohini tells her that she knows that Mishka loves Anurag and blesses her.

Shivani thinks whether Prerna had told or not till now to Anurag about her love for him. Mohini taunts Prerna as she is not doing the work properly and tell her to attend the guests. Prerna hurriedly goes from there leaving her phone on the table. While Mohini is taking to a guest she sees Prerna’ phone ringing and picks up the phone. Shivani thinking it is Prerna and starts asking questions whether she told Anurag that she loves him or not. Mohini hears this and gets furious. In the precap, Anurag and Prerna get into a fight with each other.

Prerna and Anurag gets locked in the library and Anurag has fun pulling Prerna's leg

In the latest episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, Prerna is disappointed at herself for hurting her parents. Rajesh asks Veena to talk to Prerna and try to convince her to change her decision. Veena makes it to Prerna’s room and sees her crying looking at her family photo.

Veena tries to convince Prerna but instead, Prerna lashes out at Veena. Prerna tells Veena that she now wishes to live her life like Mohini and not think before spending money. Veena is surprised to hear that come from her daughter’s mouth and gets disappointed at Prerna. Later, Prerna regrets whatever she said and gets upset over it.

Prerna now thinks on how to convince her family for the Aadaan pradan ritual. Moloy, on the other hand, calls Mohini and asks her to make Nivedita to respect Rajesh since, for Momoy, Rajesh is more than just an employer. Nivedita comes home to criticise Rajesh while her husband tells her about Prerna and Naveen. He asks her to enjoy their wedding for now since that will give her more reasons to criticise Rajesh.

Prerna goes to college where her friend Anjali, is thinking how to get close to Anurag. She then gets an idea and bribes the librarian to close the door as soon as she enters the library. While Anjali is thinking she will be the one locked inside the library with just Anurag, the librarian instead locks Prerna inside with Anurag. Prerna is there upset and suddenly she gets scared on hearing pages turn. Just when she was thinking of it to be a ghost and was walking off, Anurag stops her.

Anjali, who is outside, gets all worried since she could not get herself locked with Anurag. She was not able to enter. Prerna tries to open the door but falls. A book falls in the library and Prerna thinks that there is a ghost in the library. Parth tries to convince her that there is no ghost in the room but Prerna starts assuming. Anurag tries to pull Prerna’s leg and asks her to sing in Bengali and entertain the ghosts while Anjali is still panicking outside.

Anurag asks Prerna to relax but she starts crying. Anjali now tries to peep through the door hole and Prerna thinks it is a ghost again and hugs Anurag. Anjali hears a girls voice from the library and starts wondering who is inside with Anurag.

The librarian responds and says that he will get the keys and unlock them soon. Anurag goes to get Prerna’s bag and finds an open window. He tells Prerna that it was the wind that made the book fall and not a ghost.

Just before they exit from the library, Anurag says that he does not believe in love but prays that she the kind of boy she wants. Anjali pulls Prerna’s leg for getting locked with Anurag. Later Prerna thinks how she needs to get married to Naveen for their good.
